Consultations
are available individually by appointment. Anne can give an objective assessment of your singing and/or help you with detailed work on specific areas of technique.

Singing Tuition
is available by appointment. Lessons are time-tabled according to the individual needs of the student (subject to availability). You will be offered a consultation lesson before a course of lessons is planned. This allows Anne to get to know you and vice versa. It also helps you to decide if the tuition is right for you.
During the initial consultation Anne will carry out a vocal assessment and confidentially discuss any concerns that you may have. She will then suggest a course of action as appropriate, helping you to set realistic goals. A short series of lessons or longer term study may be recommended. In some cases Anne may advise that tuition is not the right thing for you at that particular time.
Both child and adult students are accepted and Anne welcomes beginners and advanced singers alike. Fees are set according to ISM guidelines and the level of work being taught. Examination work is currently available to Diploma level.
Theory Lessons
These are offered as a support to singers and written theory is currently taught to grade 5 level. In-house workshops in both theory and sight singing have proved popular.
Anne also offers these lessons for instrumental students (i.e .referred from their instrumental teachers) and can help them to develop sight singing/aural skills to advanced (grade 8) level.
